Out of Spite is a long-running weekend music festival held in Leeds and run by friends of mine. It's sort of become a landmark event within the circles of no-longer-young, UK, 90's punk rockers - of which I am proudly one! Here's a poster I whipped up to commemorate the event, which I hope to print this weekend in order to have a stack for sale during the fest.
The sweet official poster/flyer design, as used to advertise the event, was designed by a friend of mine, Ben Whittington, and he'll have screenprints of that design also.

I recently designed a poster for alt-folky Oxford lads, Stornoway to commemorate their appearance at London's impressive Somerset House.
I pitched a few sketches for the concept, one of which was the idea that the band might want to have a practice gig using a 'home-made' prop of Somerset House to try and capture the vibe. The band liked the idea and - with the addition of a few key island/nautical elements - that's what we went with.Stornoway will be playing at Somerset House this Saturday, 9th July, and the posters will be available form their merch stall. I should also have a few for sale in the AoC Online Shop soon.
